Admission Procedure

Age at the Time of Admission

Children who have completed 5 Years as on 31st March are eligible for admission to class 1 upper age limit in 6 years corresponding age times are applicable for all classes.

Registration:-

• Prospectus and registration forms for admission to the school can be obtained from the school office on cash payment.
• It should be duly filled in and submitted, with the required documents and certificates as mentioned in the form, by stipulated date. Incomplete application may be rejected
• The registered candidates will be called for an admission test/ interview.

Test/Interview

• Admissions are done purely on the basis of Workshop, counselling and also according to the availability of seats in each class from Nursery to class VIII.
• For admission to different classes, tests are conducted of the standard of the class passed 3. There is no written test for admission up to class II. However, children we required to appear for Physical verification/counselling. It is essential for all both the parents to accompany the child. Overall growth, observation, self-reliance are the main considerationsfor admission.

Admission

• Admission will be made strictly on the basis of availability of seats in the respective classes
• Fees have to be deposited within seven days of selection, fail in which the seat we be allotted to the next waitlisted candidate.

Documents Required

Selected students are requires to furnish the following documents at the time of admission:

• Date of birth certificate from Municipal Corporation or equivalent body.
• Two Passport size Photographs.
• Transfer certificate of any govt. recognized School.
• Marks sheet of last Examination.
• Medical certificate of general health from a Govt. Regd. Doctor.

Note

The presence of parents / guardians of the students at the time of admission will be necessary. Admission under R.T.E. Act. Students belongs to economically poor category/non-profitable group e.g. SC ST OBC and minority group are admitted freely( without paying any amount) under R.T.E. Act- 2009-, on the 25% of available seats in the very first entrance class of the school by random method. For this, applications are invited in the starting of the new session form those guardians who belongs to the area of 1 km radius all around the school. 50% seats are equally reserved for boys and girls ken the 25% of available seats of the first entrance class of the school by the random method.
